Submission guidelines
-Contributors must be 16 years old or older-Have a small portfolio of 3-7 pieces.-We will not accept any NSFW content on the submissions/portfolios. Please refrain from submitting such content. This also applies to the zine content.-Examples can contain minor injuries, blood and use of legal substances such as alcohol or cigarettes.-Contributors must have an active Discord account and/or a Gmail account for communication with staff.

Artist Guidelines
Artists will be given a specific timeframe to complete a piece based on the category they've been accepted into. Final submissions must meet the following specifications:
- Canvas Size: 5.75 x 8.75 inches with 0.125” bleed (template will be provided)
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Color: Full color only (no black & white pieces)
- File Format: Submit as a high-quality PDF
- Ownership: Any elements used (e.g., photos) must be original or owned by the artist
Additional Information
- Page artists may submit up to 2 illustrations if accepted in more than one category
- Cover artists are welcome to contribute as page artists
- Comic artists may submit 2 to 4 pages plus a cover, with 2 pages being the minimum
Writer Guidelines
Writers will contribute a standalone written piece. Each submission must include enough context to be understood independently. Entries in the Fanfic Writer category must meet the following requirements:
- Word Count: 1,500 – 5,000 words
- File Format: Submit as a Google Doc or DOCX
- Originality: Content must be original and free of plagiarism or copyright infringement. (No songfics, roleplays, or AUs not created by the writer)
Additional Information
- Writer-Artist collaborations are welcome and encouraged! Both contributors must be accepted into the zine and mutually agree on the partnership.
Merch Artist Guidelines
Merch artists will create original designs based on the merch category they're accepted into. We will offer both physical and digital merchandise.
Physical Merch Requirements
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
- Color Mode: RGB
- Color: Full color only
- File Format: Submit as a high-quality PDF
Digital Merch Requirements
- Color Mode: RGB
- Canvas Size: Must follow provided template for merch type
- File Format: Submit as a high-quality PDF
Additional Notes
- Merch artists may also contribute to the zine as page artists
Approximate Page & Contributor Count
- Goal: Over 80 pages
- Estimated 70–80 contributors will be accepted
Compensation
Our aim is for all contributors to receive a free physical copy of the zine (shipping not included), though this depends on sales. Regardless of sales, all contributors will receive:
• A digital copy of the zine
• The full digital merch bundle
• A physical copy (if sales allow)Regular updates on compensation status will be provided as the project progresses.

Communication: By joining this project we ask you to stay responsive to moderators messages and updates.
Commitment: By joining this project you are committing to meeting deadlines or communicating with staff if there is an issue.
Respect: We expect our contributors to be respectful and kind to one another. Constructive criticism is welcomed and encouraged but only when its given with respect. We will not tolerate any harassment or bullying as we want this to be a positive working experience for everyone involved.
